Over the past 7 years, he has helped more than 150 companies maximize their return on investment by optimizing their packages and ads.
With 15 years of experience in sales, business development and corporate management, Francis has joined Groupe Optimisation Inc. in 2016 to create a fruitful collaboration with his customers and to support the company in its development of strategic alliances.
Today, Francis advises and assists talent acquisition teams from different companies and industries with their recruitment tools and media negotiations.
Analytical by nature, he identifies and compares the most effective and profitable solutions for his customers. His objectives: Promote employer brands, reach targeted candidates, increase application rates and reduce acquisition costs.
Sylvain holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree and has accumulated more than 15 years in Customer Care Service.
He began his career in the Event Planning industry where he has coordinated several International Interior Design and Architecture events.
His career path has also brought him to work as an Operational Support Coordinator for an agency that specialized in talent acquisition solutions for 10 years.
Sylvain has joined Groupe Optimisation’s team as Customer Service and Operational Support Coordinator.
He is happy to pursue his career in doing what he likes the most: offering a service oriented support, creating a personalized collaboration with our customers by actively listening to their needs and by proactively providing them with tips and best practices.
